Then came a property refurb, done mostly on the tools. It clicked: at the end of a long day on site, admin is the very last thing on your mind. A second refurb, his own house project, and dozens of conversations with trades drove it home — same story every time.
He tried the leading job-management apps. They saved some time, but they did not fix the heart of it: you still had to sit down at the end of the day and type everything in by hand. Forget a step and it all falls apart fast.
The fix was not faster forms.
