TradePA ("we", "us") builds an AI assistant for tradespeople. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. Questions? Email hello@tradepa.ai.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email and mobile number when you sign up.
Business data you enter — quotes, invoices, customers, jobs, bookings and notes you create in the app.
Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage data — basic, anonymised information about how the app is used, to help us improve it.

Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for (our contract with you), to keep it secure and reliable, and to improve it (our legitimate interests). We only send you marketing if you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run TradePA — for example Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and the AI providers that process your requests so the assistant can do its job. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored securely on servers in the UK or EU, with access limited to those who need it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Just email hello@tradepa.ai and we will sort it. You can also complain to the ICO.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and a small amount of privacy-friendly analytics to understand what is useful. You can decline non-essential cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for anything significant, let you know.
